Our Practice
We are a family practice that specializes in integrative and functional medicine focusing on the whole person. It views the body as an interconnected network of systems which communicates with one another to maintain homeostasis. We address the root cause of illness by focusing on factors which are the foundation of health such as nutrition, stress management, relationships, sleep & relaxation, exercise & movement, environment, lifestyle, and genetics. We offer a 15 min free phone consult for you to explore if this approach to wellness is right for you.
Initial Comprehensive Visits
Initial Comprehensive Visits are scheduled for 90 mins to give us time to listen and hear your story though the interview which addresses your health time-line, medical & social history, family history, current medical conditions, treatment plans as well as your health concerns and goals. In addition to the interview, you will receive a physical exam. Together, we will develop an individualized wellness plan complete with attainable goals. In some cases, lab work may be necessary which is an additional cost depending on the type of lab.
To get the most out of your initial visit, we ask each patient to fill out all intake forms and upload them to their patient portal at least 48 hours before the appointment. This gives the practitioner enough time to prepare for your visit. This Initial Comprehensive Visit will establish you as a patient with our clinic.
Follow-Up Visits
You must be an established patient to schedule a follow-up visit. These visits are scheduled for 30 minutes and are designed to review your wellness goals and check in. In some cases, these are to review labs which were ordered at the initial visit. This is your time to get any additional questions answered and to adjust the wellness program as necessary.
Wellness Visits
Wellness visits are scheduled for 20 mins. We are a family practice and can see patients from two years old to the young at heart (geriatrics). We provide well child visits, physicals, school sports physicals, and Medicare wellness exams.
Lab Services
With a patient-centered wellness focus, we use the latest, cutting edge lab testing to differentiate the root cause of illness to better understand what is hanging up the healing process. Our provider is trained to analyze routine blood work for nutritional imbalances. We provide you with a nutritional report complete with education materials to empower you to make the changes you desire for your health and well-being. We offer a variety of different labs to customize and individualize your care.
In house labs include: CardioChek cholesterol panel, glucose, & urinalysis.
Outside labs include but are not limited to LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, Genova Diagnostics, Doctor’s Data, DiagnosTechs, Cyrex, & Directlabs (discount laboratory).

This is not a "one-size-fits all" approach so several nutritional companies are supported by our office include but are not limited to: Apex Energetics, Designs for Health, Pharmax, Seroyal, Thorn, Pure Encapsulations, Nutridyn, and Xymogen. Some supplements are available in stock. Patients are encouraged to use the online Nutraceutical pharmacy.
