Through her healing journey and education, Dr. Christl has developed and uses her 5 Point Healing Matrix™ to give her clients control of their health. She teaches them how to achieve all they were designed to accomplish, to thrive, and to revel in their uniqueness! Those five steps are:
1. Awareness through education
2. Discovery of underlying causes
3. Elimination of things hanging up the healing process
4. Balancing body nutrition, chemistry, and hormones
5. Managing a healthy lifestyle
When Dr. Christl was 20 years old she was diagnosed with several chronic conditions. She was told by her doctors that there was nothing they could do to relieve her distress. Their recommendation was simply that she try alternatives, but then gave no practical suggestions. This medical encounter left her feeling hopeless and further from achieving her health goals. She was unable to hold any kind of employment. These medical conditions inspired her to begin her quest to understand alternative medicine and her long fight back to a healthy state.
The result of her determination to understand, synthesize, and implement the teachings she discovered during her journey was a full recovery from her afflictions, and the freedom to enjoy the life she knew was waiting for her. Dr. Christl’s mission is to educate and encourage people of all ages and stages whose lives have followed a similar path, or whose loved one’s are experiencing the pain and discomfort she once did. She encourages her patients to listen to their inner voice and strive for true healing!
When Dr. Christl speaks, she combines her background in health with her outgoing spirit; she engages and empowers her audience to make positive changes in their health through a blend of humor and relevant, entertaining, and insightful stories. Dr. Christl has the ability to reduce complex topics into bite-sized pieces that her audience can devour. With her combination of Eastern philosophy of healing and Western approaches to health, she brings a very unique integrative perspective on the healing processes of the body. Her classes are engaging, funny, kinesthetic, and rich in content. After attending one of Dr. Christl’s seminar entitled, “Your ADHD Brain,” a student commented, “This class saved my life because now I have hope.”
